Walkthrough through day 18
This is not a finished route to the credits. The fullest public day log, from Into Indie Games on launch day, covers days 1 through 18 and says it is still in progress. Days after that, including the ending, are not here.
I copied the day breaks from that log and then checked them against the Steam map screenshot. Passage Verdeau really is a labeled place, with a quest chip that mentions Ghaldari. I did not play past the public notes, and I am not going to write day 19 from a blank page.
Days 1–18, from the published log
Day 1 is the baguette lesson. Day 2 opens the shop and sends you to Ghaldari in Passage Verdeau: four photos, pick the one with stars, and a hidden door opens. Day 3 introduces cleanliness, Mrs Tessier's regret, and a Heart Palace where you carry a heart orb out. Days 4 and 5 add a mysterious woman, an underwater block puzzle, and a barrier that wants a key from a higher relationship.
Days 6–8 bring Estelle's reply and the first atelier recipe, a braided brioche: weigh, knead, Orio's magic, oven. Days 9–11 reach her office on the Grands Boulevards. Day 12 returns to her palace for line and slider puzzles. Days 13–15 go to the park and Daniel, the bouquinistes and Hassan's books, chocolate fondant on Rue des Barres, and a stealth stretch that avoids a torment's view. Days 16–18 upgrade the menu, bring Mawuli into the bakery, and open his Heart Palace.
Chapter titles, two lists
TheGamer prints five chapter titles: Of Mages and Regrets, The Little Girl with the Chocolate Cake, The Express Train on the Endless Track, The Sculpture in the Furnace, and Of Regrets and Remords. Steam's schema shows chapter-complete achievements for 1 through 4 plus a separate game-complete achievement. Both can be true if the last title is the finale rather than a fifth numbered chapter. This page does not collapse them.

Does this walkthrough spoil the ending?
No. The log it follows stops during Mawuli's introduction. The ending page explains why a plot summary is not up yet.
Where is Ghaldari's shop?
The phone map labels Passage Verdeau, and the day-2 note says you choose the starred photo to open the door.
