Editorial policy
A sentence stays on a page only if a store, a Sunny Lab post, or a named guide supports it. The checked date is the day that support was read. Unconfirmed cells are omitted or marked unconfirmed.
I would rather ship a short ending page that says the plot is unpublished than a confident summary I cannot cite. The same rule cut a rumor that the founders are a couple, a Switch 2 compatibility warning that conflicts with the native release, and any APK link. If you have a better source, contact@thewitchsbakery.org is how it gets in.
How a page is written
Primary sources are Steam, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, sunnylabgames.com, the Kickstarter page, and publisher posts. Walkthroughs and achievement name lists are secondary. They are named in the sources block. When two official pages disagree — length, discount end, language count — both numbers stay, with the page they came from.
We do not publish piracy links, guessed prices, or ending spoilers without a source. First-person lines describe reading those sources and the store screenshots, not a playthrough this desk has not done. Corrections are acknowledged at the contact address and the page date moves when the text changes.
Questions this page answers
Do you take review scores from players and print them as ours?
No. Steam and PlayStation scores are quoted with the date they were read. This site does not add its own star rating.
How often are prices checked?
The launch pass is dated 2026-10-17. Later changes belong on the updates page and on the price page together.
