The ending, without a fake summary
There is no reliable written ending yet. Reviews avoid the last scenes, the Fandom pages are one sentence long, and Sunny Lab has not posted a story summary. This page keeps the mechanical facts and stops.
I wanted a clean "the ending means X" paragraph and I do not have one I can source. What I do have is the achievement split: chapter 4 complete is not the same API entry as game complete. On October 17, game complete sat at 0.5 percent globally, and chapter 4 at 1.7 percent. Most people who own the game have not seen the last scene. I am not going to describe it for them.
What the achievement schema does confirm
TheGamer titles the finale Of Regrets And Remords and treats it like a fifth chapter. Steam's schema has Chapter1 through Chapter4 complete, then a separate game-complete flag. Your choices matter, according to the romance FAQ, and Estelle's level 4 may be tied to her route. That is a branch hint, not an ending. A count of endings was not published.
