The Witch's Bakery demo has been removed
You cannot download the demo anymore. Sunny Lab put it on Steam in February 2026 and took it down on September 25, 2026, because that build no longer represented the finished game.
I checked the Steam store page for a demo button and ran a store search. Only app 2967950 comes back. The October 15, 2026 announcement is the part I would not skip: the demo branch is deleted, and a demo save is not compatible with the release. Loading one can stall the game. Start a new file.
Demo timeline
Japanese text inside the demo was pulled and restored in late February 2026, which is the only patch-note pair from that period. The length of the demo, in chapters or minutes, was never posted by the studio.

Sunny Lab has not published a demo length. The full game has two official estimates, 15 hours and 20–25+ hours, which are explained on the time-to-beat page.
Can I keep playing my demo save?
No. The October 15, 2026 post says demo saves are incompatible and can get stuck. Start a new game.
